With his lopsided grin, vacant eyes and unmistakably undead charm, Zed looks right at home amongst the graffiti, colourful paint and grungy urban textures. He may be a zombie, but there’s nothing particularly terrifying about this undead chap — he looks far more interested in having fun than eating brains.

The story behind Zed is one of creativity taking on a life of its own. A young artist creates his favourite character, painting Zed across the walls of an abandoned warehouse. But as the final touches are made, something rather unexpected happens… the paint begins to shimmer, Zed comes alive, and suddenly the artwork isn’t quite where it was supposed to be.

A playful celebration of imagination, graffiti and the wonderful possibility that our creations might have a little more life in them than we realise.
